Welcome to Hill Dekho a travel service provider offering domestic and international holiday packages. By using our website, booking a package, or interacting with our services, you agree to follow the Terms & Conditions listed below. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1. General Terms

  • 1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made through HillDekho.com.
  • 1.2 By accessing our website or booking a tour, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter into agreements.
  • 1.3 Hill Dekho reserves the right to modify these Terms anytime without prior notice.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • 2.1 A booking will be confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment.
  • 2.2 Full payment must be completed before the trip starts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • 2.3 Providing correct personal details (name, age, ID proof) is your responsibility.
  • 2.4 Bookings are subject to availability of hotels, flights, cabs, or travel services.

3. Payments

  • 3.1 Payments can be made through UPI, bank transfer, card payments, or any other authorized method.
  • 3.2 All prices shown are subject to change based on availability, seasonal demand, fuel charges, airline/tax revisions, and currency fluctuations.
  • 3.3 Late payments may lead to cancellation without refund.

4. Pricing & Inclusions

  • 4.1 Package cost includes only the services mentioned in the itinerary or invoice.
  • 4.2 Exclusions such as personal expenses, entry fees, adventure activities, porter charges, etc., must be paid by the traveler.
  • 4.3 Any additional services requested during the trip will incur extra charges.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 5.1 Cancellation charges vary depending on the time left before travel:
    • 30 days before travel: 10% cancellation fee
    • 15–29 days: 30% fee
    • 7–14 days: 50% fee
    • Less than 7 days: No refund
  • 5.2 Flight/train tickets follow the cancellation policy of respective airlines/railways.
  • 5.3 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 working days.
  • 5.4 No refund for:
    • No-shows
    • Early departures
    • Unused services
    • Weather-related disruptions

6. Rescheduling & Date Changes

  • 6.1 Rescheduling depends on availability and service providers (hotels/flights).
  • 6.2 Additional charges may apply for date changes, fare differences, or revised hotel rates.

7. Travel Documents & Identification

  • 7.1 Travelers must carry valid ID proof (Aadhaar/Passport/Voter ID).
  • 7.2 For international trips, a valid passport, visa, and travel insurance may be mandatory.
  • 7.3 Hill Dekho is not responsible for denied boarding due to invalid documents.

8. Travel Insurance

  • 8.1 Travel insurance is optional but highly recommended.
  • 8.2 Hill Dekho is not responsible for injury, illness, theft, accidents, medical emergencies, or loss of belongings during the trip.

9. Responsibilities & Liabilities

  • 9.1 Hill Dekho acts as a travel facilitator. Actual services (hotel stay, transport, flights) are provided by third-party vendors.
  • 9.2 We are not liable for:
    • Flight delays/cancellations
    • Weather changes
    • Road blockages/strikes
    • Accidents or natural calamities
    • Loss of baggage or personal items
    • Hotel service quality
    • Mistakes due to incorrect information provided by customer
  • 9.3 We ensure best arrangements but cannot guarantee uninterrupted services due to factors beyond our control.

10. Behavior & Conduct

  • 10.1 Guests must maintain respectful behavior throughout the trip.
  • 10.2 Damage to hotel property, transport vehicles, or equipment must be compensated by the traveler.
  • 10.3 Illegal activities during travel will result in immediate termination of services.

11. Website Use

  • 11.1 All content on Hill Dekho (text, images, logo, designs) is the property of the company.
  • 11.2 Unauthorized copying or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
  • 11.3 We may use cookies for performance and analytics.

12. Complaints & Support

  • 12.1 For any concerns during the trip, inform us immediately for quick assistance.
  • 12.2 Complaints after trip completion may take 7–10 business days to review.

13. Governing Law

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Varanasi (UP).
